So the results of our survey are in. Top coffee is Latte, at an independent with a good ambiance and drink by people aged 50+. The predominating feeling as the people prefer Independent coffee houses, with coffee made by a trained barista. People are not too worried about where their coffee comes from, but what IS important is that it is both flavourful and comes in an easily recylable cup.

I use the same coffee shop because I like the flavour of their coffee so maybe taste should be included in the list of importance.
