We are an Artisan Bakery, located in Nowton, Bury St Edmunds. IP29 5ND. All our breads are slow-proved using the highest quality flours.
We specialise in slow proved REAL bread, SOUR DOUGH and patisserie; sourcing the best flours locally in the UK and fresh ingredients where ever possible, we also use authentic flours from Italy and France where required.
We also offer bakery classes with Mark, our trained and experienced artisan baker who has worked all over the UK and internationally, he began his career under the guidance of a French baker.
We have a number of different outlets that we supply from local farm shops, pubs to high-end restaurants. We can also be found on a Saturday at the Bury St Edmunds Market located outside Palmers.
