Here at Queens, we have now merged with our sister restaurant, Ben’s, to create one amazing place serving a combination of rustic British tradition and American BBQ, packed full of local produce from Suffolk.
Ben has his own farm, where he produces rare breed pork and lamb for the menu, as well as small amounts of seasonal fruit & veg.
We believe in knowing where your food comes from, for this reason, we use a range of reputable Suffolk producers & suppliers, including Free Range Blythburgh pork, East Anglian beef and Gressingham Duck. A few of our non-meat suppliers include Oak Farm free-range eggs, Alder Tree ice cream, Giffords Hall wine, Crude Coffee, Fruit Pig black pudding & Adnams beer.
Queens is an authentic smokehouse, using charcoal briquettes and wood chips to give our meat a deep smokey flavour and ‘fall off the bone’ tenderness. We smoke baby back ribs, beef brisket, beef topside for our Sunday lunch and other ingredients!
We are dog-friendly inside, and have a delightful courtyard garden to enjoy Al-fresco dining & drinks!
