Far Better Places To Stay

Advice is not to stay here, there are better places where parking is free, and there is not the possibility that you will be charged to parking.

Poor service, food was awful, barely cooked and over cooked! unexpected £25 fee on check in! Rooms were dated and not very clean! We had a few family members staying here and we all said the same, will not be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend!

We stayed on night and we’re charged an extra 25 pounds fee which wasn’t indicated until check-in.
Still waiting for the refund I was promised by the hotel receptionist on check out.
Hotel ignores. my emails,then I send the receipt as proof and they want bank statement as well,no way I’m sending this .
Never been charged a fee at other hotels.
Was told room and breakfast would be 81 pounds but got charged 107 pounds.

Very poor customer service, when asked to speak to manager she was too busy! Hotel restaurant closed to guest as they had functions on! No room service either. Seems they don’t care about the individual guests. Room had dripping cistern and TV didn’t work

Absolutely outraged!!!! Free parking was part of the deal for a 4 night stay in October 2021. I have just received notification of a fine of £100 for a 19 minute parking slot on the 3rd day of my stay!!!!!! Was the hotel manager extremely apologetic and reassuring when I phoned her???? Did she offer to immediately deal with the FALSE allegation of illegal parking??? Absolutely NOT. I have had to lodge my own appeal, been charged by the hire car company for having to deal with the fine demand and am still waiting for a response to my email to the hotel manager of an hour ago. If you’re thinking of staying here, I urge you not to!!!!!!! Any response Madam Manager????

Cutting a long story short we had multiple rooms booked, I decided to get picked up even though I had a room booked. The car park is a separate company and because the car was there longer than 10 mins we were fined £100!! The hotel couldn’t care less I’m absolutely disgusted and will never book there again!!
