The practice is purpose designed, and opened in the summer of 2011 – due to rapid expansion the facilities were extended comprehensively in 2016. It was originally developed by vets Poppy and Bill both of whom have practised in East Anglia their entire careers and have a wealth of experience in all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery. They are both committed to a programme of ongoing training and development and still very much enjoy being vets!
Three other vets work alongside Poppy and Bill, and the veterinary team is also complemented by fully qualified, highly experienced nurses and receptionists. Our veterinary nurses also offer their own regular clinics to enhance our pro-active approach to your pet’s healthcare.
We recognise how important it is that a relationship exists between you and your vet and our policy is for continuity of care with the familiar friendly faces of our small team.
We aim to have a fair and reasonable pricing structure, and hope to operate the practice with a good environmental awareness with particular emphasis on reducing waste.
