Wigram and Ware is owned by Jennifer Morigi and Stuart Andrews and was founded in 1959.Jennifer originally qualified as a Dispensing Optician and has been a partner in the business since 1983. Stuart qualified as a Optometrist in 1999 and has been a partner in the business since 2002. The practice has operated in Bury St. Edmunds since 1959 and from the Central Walk premises since 1974.
We have two consulting rooms, a dispensing area in our main showroom – all fully air conditioned to create the optimal environment for our patients and clients. We have a consulting room on the ground floor. Each consulting room in the practice has a full compliment of equipment for eye examinations and the fitting of contact lenses.
With our Optomap® 200DX Digital Retinal Imaging Scanner, we can not only examine the whole of the back of your eye in incredible detail, but we can show these images to you and email them to your consultant or doctor, together with any referral you may need, advancing the detection and monitoring process.
