Totally HR was established in 2009 by Louise Tupman, with the goal to bring the knowledge and experience she has gained in over 25 years in senior HR roles to businesses from a variety of industries and of all sizes throughout East Anglia.

We believe in achieving this in a cost-effective way, which is why we do not charge a monthly retainer – we believe you should only pay for the advice and help you need.
In between assignments we’re always available for ad-hoc advice if you want to double-check a course of action before proceeding.
