Mervyn Scourfield-Thomas – Financial Advisor
Mervyn Scourfield-Thomas is a highly experienced financial advisor who has been providing financial advice for over 42 years. Mervyn can assist clients with pensions, investments, protection needs, and more. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Mervyn worked as an apprentice gardener at Hampton Court palace.
Helene – Financial Advisor
Helene has been part of Scourfield-Thomas & Associates since 1997 and holds a diploma in financial advice. Helene is dedicated to helping clients purchase their first home and has extensive knowledge of the mortgage market. She knows where to go for those slightly tricky cases where credit history might be an issue, or where income has fluctuated, making it difficult to secure a normal high street lender mortgage. Helene can also assist clients in obtaining a mortgage with just a 5% deposit.
Gareth – Business Manager
Finally, Gareth has a first-class honours degree in Business Studies and has over 15 years of experience in property-related matters, having previously managed for 10 years our sister business April Homes (which was our Independent family-run estate agency). He currently runs the office – having completed his studies to be a mortgage adviser – and supports Helene. He is honest and dependable and has been described by his previous estate agency clients as “consistently going above and beyond”, “having such integrity and decency” and “a pleasure to deal with”.
