Once you have completed a beginners courses you can join our regular Nordic Walking activities.
Nordic Walking is a form of physical exercise where the active use of a pair of specifically designed Nordic Walking poles is added to regular natural walking. It is a safe, natural, dynamic and efficient form of physical activity that is suitable for anyone and trains the body in a holistic, symmetrical and balanced way. The overall goal of Nordic Walking is a state of general physical and mental wellbeing.
