Nik is a very passionate event singer and has built up a lot of experience playing restaurants and other professional events such as weddings, which he has done quite a few of. He has a large repertoire and can perform up to 5 hours. He can change the style of performance to suit a night, containing mostly cover material.
He would normally play live (no backing recordings), a piano & guitar accompanied by his singing. He also plays a lot of well-known songs, as well as my original material (if suggested) but will skip the original material unless it’s in context with a night or asked to play it. With regards to where he has played; End of 2015 kicked off in Edinburgh at the Genting Fountainpark Casino, where he brought the New Year in. He played music whilst celebrity chef Tom Kerridge was cooking at the Crab Tree pub in Hammersmith.
Nik has done a lot of external weddings, in Buxton Peak District – Pavilion, Ravenwood Hall, Ickworth House, Granary Barns, near Newmarket (White Hart, The Bull, the Star – Lidgate) Opened the spa at Clarice House for a Duncan Bannatyne event, even been overseas and played short sets in Sardinia & Turkey. But a lot of pubs too in the East Anglia area. There are many more still to say.
