St Andrew’s Castle is nestled and tucked away in the heart of the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds Suffolk.
As you approach the sweeping driveway, you are greeted with a unique heritage asset, St Andrew’s Castle.
A striking 19th Century Grade II* listed building, with its proud towers, turrets and castellations was built around 1823.
An impressive entrance with original tiled flooring entices you towards the vaulted ceiling, pointed arched doorways, magnificent fireplace and graceful staircase.
All civil ceremonies can be held in either of our two beautiful rooms.
The Library and The Edmund are perfect for intimate ceremonies, each having their own individual features and characteristics.
Both rooms include white seat coverings and champagne sashes to complement any colour scheme. Our stunning gold ceremony chairs, featured in the period drama 'Victoria', add a touch of class to your special occasion.
The adjoining room is also included to serve your celebratory drinks. Both rooms are situated on the ground floor and are disabled friendly.
Our civil ceremonies are only licenced for weekends and bank holidays. Onsite parking provided.
