From the moment we opened our first store in 2003, our objective was to offer local communities a consistently high standard of Fish & Chips, served in a pleasant environment by efficient and friendly people.
That, quite simply, was our mission and we continued to work hard to stick to those early principles. Thanks to our customers, we are now one of the largest chains of Fish & Chip stores and restaurants in the south of England.
We believe that quality comes first every time and we insist that fish and potatoes we buy are of the best quality. Our fish is cut and our potatoes are chipped every morning in every store. We don’t believe, like many of our competitors, in expansive menus. Our expertise is in producing top quality Fish & Chips so that’s what we do!
Our aim is to continue to expand when we can, bringing the Deep Blue experience to as many communities as we can manage all over the south of the country and we’ll be opening in another three of four locations over the next year or so.
Our management team continues to strive to ensure that the standards of quality and service we set out to achieve back in 2003 are maintained throughout all our stores and every sporting event that displays the Deep Blue logo.
